An early 20th Century (Circa 1930’s) sailor made steamship in a bottle, the carved wooden hull painted black with white topsides and red and white waterline also showing four decks of portholes. Details include two masts with rigging, four funnels, flying bridge, lifeboats and raised aft deckhouse with red ensign flag. The hull mounted on a simulated putty sea with sky painted backdrop. The bottle length is 11.5” (29 cm)
